LOYALTY CARDS 

We are launching our brand new loyalty card this year which will replace our old meal voucher ticket scheme.
Our new loyalty cards will benefit so many more customers as they are able to collect points for every item they have purchased on their visit, not just on main meals.  This includes ALL drinks and menu items, even our bar snacks!  Our loyalty cards are available now and can be collected on your next visit.  We even activate them for you, so you can begin collecting points straight away!

Our loyalty cards are subject to terms and conditions;

1) For every £1.00 spent, 1 point is accrued on the loyalty card. This includes all drinks and food. Points are accrued all year round.
2) The minimum points needed to be able to redeem is 120 points. This will activate £12.00 off your bill. The maximum points allowed against one transaction is 240 points. 
3) Points are redeemable from January 2nd and only Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).
4) Only ONE loyalty card can accrue points against one table at any given time. Points accrued against a table cannot be split between different loyalty cards.  Likewise, only ONE loyalty card can be used to redeem any points at any given time against one table. 
4) Unused points will expire at midnight on the last Friday of November. Points are not transferrable annually. 
5) The registered customer may only use the loyalty card and gain points from their own bill.  Misuse of the loyalty card may result in it being revoked.
6) Points cannot be transferred to another card.  
7) The Fox and Hounds retains the right to withdraw this loyalty privilege at anytime.
8) Loyalty cards have no cash value.
